General Information & Getting Started
No, this site can only be used to redeem a GetYourGift.com Card for available eGifts.
No, there are no fees associated with your Gift Card or eGift Card.
For single brand GetYourGift.com Cards, you will need to redeem for the brand shown on the front of your card. Please refer to the instructions provided with your card to see which options are available to you.
If you have more than one Gift Card, you will need to redeem each card separately. Multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined.
The expiration date is printed on your Gift Card, but its funds do not expire. Please refer to specific Terms and Conditions for more details.
No, your Gift Card can only be redeemed for eGifts that are delivered via email.
Using Your Card
Your Gift Card is redeemable only at GetYourGift.com for eGifts from participating brands.
For physical Gift Cards, sign in by entering the card number, expiration, and CVV located on the retail packaging. For digital Gift Cards, click the View Now button in the eGift Card email. Choose your eGift and checkout to receive eGifts by email.
Log in with your Gift Card credentials at GetYourGift.com. Your balance will appear on the top right of your screen.
Your GetYourGift.com Card must be redeemed at GetYourGift.com for eGifts from participating brands, within the USA. After redemption, you will receive an eGift to the email provided at checkout. You can use your eGift online or in-store. We recommend redeeming your card prior to going to the merchant.
Getting Help
Immediately notify us at 1-833-878-7336 with your Gift Card number and other identifying information to request a replacement.
For physical Gift Cards, your 16-digit card number and other important details are located on the back of the retail packaging. Please ensure you scratch the entire silver barcode to reveal the card details.
For digital Gift Cards, sign in by clicking the link in your email.
eGifts are sent to the provided email during checkout, usually within 5 minutes but may take up to 24 hours.
Yes. Go to Track Order, enter the order number and email address that was used during Checkout. Under the order details, there is a link to resend the email.
If you and/or the recipient have not received your eGift and you need to resend or change the email address, please click on the Change/Resend email link in your email titled Your Order Is On Its Way.
